Meet our Staff

Pain & Movement Solutions is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic. We are a group of mindful practitioners dedicated to empowering our patients with the skills they need to live a healthy lifestyle. We aim to be a natural solution to health concerns for both individuals and businesses throughout the Northern Hills, providing physical therapy from infancy to the golden years.

We are dedicated to delivering physical therapy to its fullest potential to provide the community with a first-choice, trusted healthcare facility to find solutions to all their pain and movement problems. Our customers know they will not only receive quality care with the highest level of professionalism, but they will also be treated like good friends and valued like family.

Dr. Julie Wingen, PT, DPT – Owner

Dr. Julie opened the clinic in 2012 dedicated to delivering physical therapy to its fullest potential to provide the community with a first-choice, trusted healthcare facility to find solutions to your movement or pain problems.

Julie graduated from South Dakota State University with a B.S. in Biology and from the University of South Dakota’s Graduate Physical Therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Julie has focused her career in general outpatient orthopedics and most enjoys treating spine disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, prenatal and post partum issues, neurological disorders and pediatrics.  She is also certified in Level 1 Functional Dry Needling.

Dr. Julie was chosen as 2019 South Dakota PT of the Year for her contributions to the profession.

Outside of work, Julie is part of the Reimbursement Committee Chair for the South Dakota Physical Therapy Association, a Board Member for the Belle Fourche Economic Development Corporation and is active in the American Heart Association and her church.  She enjoys spending her free time with her family enjoying the outdoors by camping, backpacking, snowboarding, and playing softball and golf.

Dr. Brady Harr, PT, DPT, MS

Dr. Brady attained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Briar Cliff University, as well as a Masters in Kinesiology and Human Performance.  He is also a certified level 1 Eleiko Strength coach, has published research regarding strength and blance and has advanced training in manual therapy skills.

Dr. Brady is eager to bring his skill set back to the area as a Spearfish native.  He enjoys workign with all orthopedic needs and has a special interest in Oncology rehab and strength/conditioning programs.  Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing, hunting, strength training and golfing.

Dr. Cole Staigle, PT, DPT

Dr. Cole attained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown in North Dakota. He likes to label himself as a “movement optimist” and believes any movement is a good movement with the right focus and proper form. Dr. Cole prides himself on treating from a holistic perspective, using all aspects of a patient’s life to guide the clinical decisions made to help that individual meet their health and movement goals.

Dr. Cole is eager to bring his skill set to the area to help individuals across the lifespan. He is skilled in treating individuals of all age ranges and has taken over the aquatic therapy program at Pain & Movement Solutions. Dr. Cole was highly involved in collegiate sports and has a strong passion for health and fitness. He has a special interest in Sports Physical Therapy and treating neck and back pain. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and strength training.

Tya Alexander, PTA

Tya grew up in small town South Dakota very similar to Belle Fourche, and then went on to acquire her Physical Therapy Assistant license from the Lake Area Technical Institute program. Tya is committed to our mission to be the best providers for solutions to your pain and movement problems. She is enthusiastic about working with individuals of all age, but her past experience in sports has given her a passion for helping athletes return to their game with confidence.

Outside of the clinic, Tya volunteers for 4-H Shooting Sports as an archery instructor, is a horse massage therapist and enjoys spending time in the outdoors hunting, ranch work, hiking and hanging with her dogs and husband.

Theresa Prozeller, Office Manager

Theresa is the friendly face that will ensure you have a great experience at Pain & Movement Solutions. She will kindly assist you with verifying your insurance information and benefits, scheduling appointments and answering any questions you may have about your treatments. Theresa is originally from Northwest Indiana and has been with us since April 2014.

She has worked in the professional medical office setting for several years before relocating to Belle Fourche in 2003.  She brings her extensive knowledge in insurance billing, medical coding and collection procedures to the clinic and handles most office operations to keep things running smoothly for you. Theresa enjoys getting to know the patients that come to Pain & Movement Solutions and looks forward to assisting you with meeting your health and wellness goals.

Bayli Talkington, Patient Care Coordinator

Bayli is the cheerful voice on the phone when you give our office a call and the friendly face you see when walking into the clinic.  She’ll be happy to help schedule or rearrange your appointments and give you a friendly reminder call the evening before.  She also wants to ensure your time spent with Pain & Movement Solutions is comfortable and flawless.

Bayli is a lifelong resident and a graduate of Belle Fourche High School.  She has also attended Colorado Technical University online college classes.  Prior to joining our team, she worked at a long-term care facility, working with senior citizens and their day to day needs.  

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking and long weekend outings with her son, Fin.

Bayli is a team player and hard work.  She has always enjoyed serving and helping the public, learning everything and improving herself every single day.  She is thrilled to be a part of the Pain  & Movement Solutions team.
