Pain & Movement Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Brady Harr, PT, DPT, MS to their physical therapy team!
Dr. Brady attained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Briar Cliff University, as well as a Masters in Kinesiology and Human Performance. He is also a certified level 1 Eleiko Strength coach, has published research regarding strength and balance and has advanced training in manual therapy skills.
Physical therapists have a very large skill set and can treat anything from vertigo and headaches, spinal pain to cancer rehabilitation, sports performance and every typical joint pain. This skill set is derived from over 7 years of high-level training including dissection of cadavers, differential diagnosis classes, pharmacy courses and radiologic imaging courses resulting in a Doctorate degree specializing in movement disorders.
Meet Our New DPT
Dr. Brady is eager to bring his skill set back to the area as a Spearfish native. He enjoys working with all orthopedic needs and has a special interest in Oncology rehab and strength/conditioning programs. Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing, hunting, strength training and golfing.

Pain & Movement Solution’s Free Treatment consists of a screening evaluation, followed by a treatment consisting of spinal thrust and joint mobilizations, soft tissue tools, kinesiotaping and guided activities that will empower you to take control of your health and recovery. The goal of the treatment is to provide you with the expertise, solutions and direction in determining the best methods to help you.
